Types of MacEwan University Scholarships 2025 for International Students
International applicants are automatically considered for the following merit-based scholarships based on their academic performance:
1. Chancellor’s Scholarship
- Award Amount: $10,000 – $14,000
- Eligibility: 95–100% or AGPA above 3.99
2. President’s Scholarship
- Award Amount: $8,000 – $12,000
- Eligibility: 90–94.99% or AGPA of 3.90–3.99
3. Provost’s Scholarship
- Award Amount: $6,000 – $10,000
- Eligibility: 85–89.99% or AGPA of 3.70–3.89
4. Dean’s Scholarship
- Award Amount: $4,000 – $8,000
- Eligibility: 80–84.99% or AGPA of 3.50–3.69
Eligibility Requirements for MacEwan Scholarships 2025
To be considered for MacEwan University scholarships, applicants must:
- Be an international student (non-Canadian citizen or resident)
- Be admitted into an eligible undergraduate program at MacEwan University
- Register in at least 12 credits per term for both Fall and Winter semesters
- Demonstrate academic excellence in high school or previous studies
- Provide a valid high school completion certificate
- Agree to return to their home country after completing the degree
- Scholarships are awarded once and subject to availability of funding
