Eligibility Criteria
Below are the requirements for the Postdoctoral Research Impact Fellow programme:
- Applicants should hold a PhD or the highest equivalent degree in a relevant discipline by the start date
- Have strong project management and networking skills
- Demonstrate experience working across multiple disciplines
- Experience designing training curricula
- Strong primary data collection skills
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a team committed to improving the impact of scholarship
Type of Position and Expected Work Hours
The position is full-time, ideally starting on September 15, 2024 (start date negotiable). Remote work is possible. Funded by the NSF’s Accelerating Research Translation (ART) program, TRAC focuses on enhancing the use of evidence in the public and private sectors.
The postdoctoral fellow will work with Provost Associate Professor and RIPIL Director Susanna Campbell. Key tasks include:
- Developing a research repository on translational research
- Supporting networking among NSF grantees, universities, foundations, and research institutes
- Research practices and methods of research translation
