The SIIT Scholarship, offered to international students with exceptional extracurricular and academic records, is fully funded for the January 2025 intake in Thailand. International students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees are eligible to apply for this SIIT graduate scholarship programme.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant can be from any country except Thailand.
- The applicant must be able to continue his or her master’s and doctoral studies at SIIT.
- To be admitted to the master’s program, students must have a CGPA of at least 2.75 in their bachelor’s degree.
- Students wanting to pursue a PhD must have a CGPA of 3.50 in their previous master’s degree.
- The applicant must be fluent in English (TOEFL (PBT 400+, or IBT 32+), IELTS 4.5+) and provide certified proof of proficiency.
- The applicant must have a strong and outstanding academic record and have graduated in the top 20% of his or her class.
- Be in good health and have a clean record.
- Applicants who have received other grants or scholarships are not eligible to apply.

- Official transcripts (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- Citizen ID card or passport
- Research paper, publication, or certificates (if applicable)
- Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches in jpeg format)

- Register at SIIT Graduate Admission.
- Select your desired programme and complete the online application.
- Log in using your email as the username and passport number or Citizen ID as the password (change it after the first login).
