Eligibility Criteria

  2. Complete and submit the following applications:

    • ICSP Scholarship Application
  3. Ensure that all applications and reference letters are submitted by February 14, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (PST).

For New Applicants (Freshmen, Transfer, Graduate, or Post-Baccalaureate)

  1. Apply for admission to the University of Oregon first.
  2. Within a week after submitting your admission application, check your email for an invitation to access the UO Scholarship Dashboard.
  3. Log in to the Scholarship Dashboard and submit the following forms:
