Eligibility Criteria  

Interested candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the Oregon University Scholarship. These are given below:

• International students are eligible.
• Candidates must be eligible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the UO for fall 2025 by 14, 2025.
• The Candidates of U.S. citizens are not eligible, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.

The application process for Current UO Students

• The current students of UO first Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and then submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and the ICSP Scholarship Application.
• Applicants must submit all applications and Reference Letters by February 14, 2025, by 4 p.m. (PST).

The application process for Incoming freshmen and new transfers, new graduates, and new post-baccalaureate applicants

1. Interested candidates must apply for admission to the University of Oregon before they can apply for UO scholarships.
2. Then Watch your email for an invitation to enter the Oregon University Scholarship Dashboard. This happens within a week after submitting your application for admission.
3. Applicants must Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard and submit the General Application, ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and the ICSP Scholarship Application. You must apply for admission before this step
4. Applicants must submit all applications and Reference Letters by February 14, 2025, by 4 p.m. (PST).
