Applications are now open for the partially funded graduate programme, “Master of Arts in Education,” at the Asian University for Women (AUW). The goal of this two-year programme, which starts in 2025, is to give students theoretical and analytical skills in learning development, information sharing, and education. The Women Teaching Women, Women Learning from Women (WTW-WLW) project by AUW, which aims to create a new network of secondary schools for young women and girls in refugee shelters and displaced communities, uses it as its cornerstone.
Through educational development and societal leadership, the two-year hybrid programme seeks to empower women in education, particularly young female reformists and entrepreneurs. Accredited educational institutions like Johns Hopkins, Boston College, and California State University collaborate with us to offer this programme. Scholarships are available to students of any nationality upon acceptance.
Through student-led projects, group discussions, and social activities, the program—which was created in partnership with multiple US colleges—aims to foster a strong sense of community development. Enhancing knowledge of the philosophy, dynamics, and economics of efficient education provision is the main objective, along with strengthening leadership, administrative, and policy skills.
In addition, the Asian University for Women (AUW) provides full scholarships to accepted students who exhibit a strong desire to advance equity and excellence in the education of teenage girls and financial need.
