Eiffel Scholarships in France for International Students: The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs launched the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program to help French universities recruit exceptional international candidates for their master’s and doctoral programs.
Future foreign decision-makers in the public and private sectors are given opportunities in priority areas of study, and master’s level applicants up to the age of 25 from developing countries and PhD applicants up to the age of 30 from industrialized and developing countries are encouraged.

Aid Packages
For Master’s level studies, the Eiffel scholarship includes a monthly allowance of €1,181 and can be awarded for 12-36 months. For PhD level studies, the Eiffel scholarship includes a monthly allowance of €1,700 and is awarded for a maximum of 12 months.

- It’s up to you to choose the school or university that best fits your plans for studying in France.
All French higher education institutions can submit applications.
Second Step
- The institution accepts and supports your application for the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship.
- The organization uses the specific Campus France website to electronically submit your application.
Applications sent directly by students or by foreign institutions will be declared ineligible.
