Eligibility Criteria:
The general requirements for the Emory University Scholar Programs are as follows:
- Applicants should choose one of the three admission decision plans (Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision)

Required Materials:

- SAT: 700+ Evidence-based Reading and Writing score
- ACT: 30+ English subset score
- International Curriculum: Competitive curricula include International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), and British A-Levels. Other national systems are also recognized as strong preparation.
- Financial Aid for International Students: Need-based financial aid is available for a select group of international students each year. Applicants for financial assistance must submit accurate financial documentation.
- Proof of Sufficient Funds: International students must provide proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses, such as a bank statement or financial institution note. Those applying for financial aid should complete the Documentation of Finances accurately.
- US Immigration: Admitted students should wait for visa documents before traveling. All international students must register as full-time students each semester, except for summer. A valid passport or official travel document is required.

- Activities and interviews during the visit help finalists become better acquainted with Emory University
- Applicants not selected as finalists are still considered for other merit-based scholarships and admission
