Olympiad Phases:
The Doctoral track, essential to a PhD programme, has three stages in the Olympiad, while the Bachelor and Master’s tracks have two online stages. The following are the specifics of each stage:

- The third stage of the Olympiad includes selecting a potential research supervisor for the preferred doctoral program and attending an interview with the chosen supervisor or the doctoral track manager.

Eligibility Criteria
Application for the 2024 Open Doors Russian Scholarship is open to candidates who meet the following requirements:
- All foreign residents, including stateless persons and compatriots who are permanently residing abroad, are eligible to participate.
- To be eligible, participants must have documents confirming their secondary education, bachelor’s, or master’s degree. Those who have not received their documents yet or for other similar reasons can provide their transcript or similar document confirming their educational level.
- Study Languages: Participants can choose to participate in Russian or English.

- After completing the registration, you cannot correct it. You have to contact through the feedback form on the site and request the authority.
What is included in a scholarship? what do I need to pay for, and what do I not?
- The scholarship covers only the tuition and monthly stipend. All other expenses, such as transportation, food, insurance, and accommodation, are your responsibility.
Am I allowed to work part-time?
- Yes, applicants are allowed to work part-time remotely or in person.
What document is required to participate?
- Only the motivation letter and education document are mandatory, and all other documents are unnecessary. However, their presence can increase your score.
