International students from all around the world can apply for the bachelor’s and Master Programs at the University of Eastern Finland. Nearly 500 student Places are available in 25 programs. Non-European citizens can apply for the Scholarships offered by the University of Eastern Finland. The Studies in these programs will begin in the autumn of 2025. The University of Eastern Finland boasts a diverse student body, welcoming approximately 2,000 international students from over 100 countries. It is a public university. - Both international and Finnish citizens can apply.
- Applicants must have completed a secondary education.
- Both Finnish and international applicants holding a relevant bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for admission to master’s degree programs.

An English language test is not required if the applicant has completed a bachelor’s degree from a university located in:
