Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program – MSc in Health Professions Education, applicants must:

• Be 35 years old or younger (exceptions apply for individuals with disabilities)
• Be a citizen, resident, or refugee in an African country
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline
• Have experience in teaching, supervision, clinical education, or academic leadership (preferred)
• Provide an institutional recommendation or endorsement letter if currently employed
• Not already hold a Master’s degree (required for Mastercard Foundation scholarship eligibility)
