Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program 2026 | Fully Funded: The Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan) has announced the 2026 Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program, offering Ukrainian students the opportunity to study Mandarin in Taiwan and experience its rich cultural heritage. This program aims to enhance language skills, foster cultural exchange, and strengthen academic ties between Taiwan and Ukraine.

Scholarship Benefits

• Monthly stipend of NT$25,000 to cover:
  • Tuition fees
  • Accommodation
  • Living expenses
• Enrollment in intensive Mandarin courses at accredited language centers in Taiwan
• Opportunity to experience Taiwanese culture and develop linguistic proficiency

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be Ukrainian citizens
• Must apply to accredited Mandarin language centers in Taiwan
• Preference is given to candidates who hold a TOCFL (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language) certificate
• Must demonstrate strong academic motivation and interest in language learning

Required Documents

• Completed application form (Download Here)
• Signed consent for data processing
• Copy of passport
• Academic transcripts
• Proof of application to an accredited language center in Taiwan
• Recommendation letter from a professor or supervisor

Application Process

1. Prepare Required Documents – Gather all necessary materials, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
2. Apply Separately for Language Center Admission – The scholarship application does not guarantee admission to a language center.
3. Submit Application by Mail – Send the complete application package to the Education Division of the Taipei Representative Office in Poland before the deadline.
4. Await Selection Results – Applications will be reviewed, and successful candidates will be notified.
