Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must read the following requirements before applying for the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation International PhD Scholarship:
- Both resident and foreign doctoral students can apply for scholarships in all disciplines except medical degrees.
- Requirements include outstanding academic performance during undergraduate studies and proof of social engagement aligned with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation’s values.
- Candidates can only apply for one scholarship at a time.
- German doctoral students enrolled in public or accredited institutions in Germany, the EU, or Switzerland, and foreign postgraduate students in similar programmes in Germany are eligible.
