Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet these requirements:
- Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport (applicants from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan who have emigrated must show proof of emigration before April 30, 2019, and cancellation of Chinese nationality)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (or recently enrolled and set to graduate by August 31, 2025)
