What you'll learn
  • Your options
  • Staying safe
  • Timing

1Your options

  • University halls or residences: easiest for the first year
  • Private student residences: often more modern, sometimes pricier
  • Shared private flats: cheaper, but contracts need more care
  • Homestays: living with a local family, good for language practice

2Staying safe

  • Use the university accommodation office and approved listings
  • Never pay a deposit for a place you cannot verify
  • Read the contract: length, deposit, bills included, notice period
We apply for you, free, anywhere you want to study

For the next three months our team prepares and submits your scholarship and university applications at no cost. Tell us where you want to study and we take it from there.

3Timing

Apply for university housing as soon as you accept your offer. Private rentals are usually easier to arrange once you can view them in person, so some students book a short stay for their first weeks.
