These Terms of Service apply when you use grabscholarships.com and its services. GrabScholarships is operated by Jeraissic, Malaysia ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What we do

GrabScholarships is an information service that lists scholarships, courses and study-abroad opportunities and, if you ask, helps you prepare and submit applications. We are not a university or scholarship provider. We do not decide who receives a scholarship, admission or a visa, and a listing on our site is not a promise of funding.

2. Who can use the site

• Anyone can browse the site.
• To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. Tell us at admin@grabscholarships.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Applying through us

• This service is currently free. We will never charge you without showing the price clearly before you agree to pay. See the Refund Policy.
• You choose the scholarships. We only prepare or submit applications for the scholarships you select, and we confirm with you before anything is submitted.
• You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of everything in your application and documents. We may refuse to submit documents that appear false or altered.
• Results are decided by the provider. We cannot guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa.

4. Information on the site

We work to keep listings accurate, but deadlines, amounts and eligibility rules are set by providers and change often. Always check the official website before you apply. Fees we show for courses are approximate. See our Disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading;
• upload documents you have no right to share, or that contain viruses or harmful code;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the site's security;
• copy large parts of the site automatically (scraping) or resell our content;
• use the site to send spam or to impersonate us or anyone else.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You allow us to store and use them only to provide the services you ask for, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete them at any time.

7. Our content

The site design, texts, illustrations and logo belong to Jeraissic or our licensors. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Scholarship details remain the property of their providers.

8. Grab AI

Grab AI is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or out of date, so check important details (deadlines, eligibility, fees, visa rules) on the official website before you act. It is not legal, immigration or financial advice. Don't share passport, ID or bank details in the chat. To keep the service fair we limit how many messages can be sent each day, and we may pause or change Grab AI at any time.

9. Links and ads

The site links to other websites, such as university pages, and may show ads from Google AdSense. We are not responsible for other websites or advertisers. An ad is not a recommendation.

10. Liability

We provide the site "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on information on the site, by decisions of universities, scholarship providers or immigration authorities, or by interruptions to the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.

11. Closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell account holders by email before they take effect. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes go to the courts of Malaysia, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
