Refund Policy

The short version
Everything on GrabScholarships is free right now: browsing, saving scholarships, applying through us and consultations. We do not take any payments, so there is nothing to refund.
Our promises for the future
If we ever offer paid products or services (for example guides or templates in our store):
- Clear prices. The full price, including any tax, is shown before you pay. No hidden fees, no automatic sign-ups to subscriptions.
- Digital products: if a file is faulty, not as described or doesn't arrive, we fix it, replace it or refund you in full. Because digital files can be downloaded straight away, other refunds are offered within 14 days if you have not downloaded the file.
- Paid sessions: cancel at least 24 hours before the start for a full refund. If we cancel, you always get a full refund.
- How refunds are paid: to the original payment method, within 14 days of approval.
- Your rights under consumer law, including Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999, are not affected.
Scholarships are never paid
We will never ask you to pay to be considered for a scholarship. If someone asks you to pay in our name, do not pay. Report it to admin@grabscholarships.com.
