Our commitment

GrabScholarships exists to make finding legitimate funding for study abroad easier and safer. This page explains how we source and check the scholarships we list, how we handle sponsored content, how we protect your data, and how to report a problem.

How we source and check listings

Scholarship listings are gathered from public sources: university and government financial-aid pages, official scholarship-provider announcements, and organisations that publish funding opportunities. Before a listing is published we check that it names a real, identifiable provider or institution and that it does not ask applicants to pay a fee to apply. Because deadlines and terms can change after publication, we periodically review listings for currency, and we rely on our community to flag anything that looks wrong or out of date — see "Report a problem" below.

Sponsored and paid content

Some content on GrabScholarships — for example, a featured placement, a promoted guide, or a Store product — may be sponsored or created by a partner. Where that is the case, we label it clearly (for example, "Sponsored" or "Partner"). Scholarship-search results and rankings are never for sale: a provider cannot pay to have a scholarship listed as more relevant to you than it actually is, or to hide the fact that a listing is sponsored.

Your data and account security

We only collect the information we need to run the matching, tracking and consultation features described in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal data, and we use industry-standard measures to protect it. If you ever suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately through the Contact page.

Payments

We do not take any payments at the moment: everything on GrabScholarships is free. If paid products launch, prices will be shown in full before you pay, payments will go through a trusted payment provider, and we will never store your full card number. See our Refund Policy.

Community guidelines

When using features that involve other people — for example, a future community or comments area — we ask everyone to be respectful, avoid sharing others' personal information without consent, and never solicit or offer payment in exchange for "guaranteed" scholarship results. Content that is abusive, fraudulent, or that impersonates GrabScholarships or a real institution will be removed, and repeat violations can result in account suspension.

Report a problem

Found a scholarship listing that looks wrong, expired, or scammy? Spotted a broken link, a security issue, or content that violates these guidelines? Please tell us — use the Contact page and choose the reason closest to your report, or email the address listed there. We review reports and aim to correct or remove problem content promptly.
