  • Hold a master’s degree from an accredited university
  • Have proficiency in English, demonstrated by one of the following:
    • TOEFL: Minimum 61 iBT
    • IELTS: Minimum 6.0 band
    • STEP: Minimum 85 band
    • TOEFL Code for KSU: 7498
    • IELTS Code for KSU: 147080
  • Provide two recommendation letters
  • Submit a statement of purpose and CV
  • Pass a personal interview
