Eligibility Criteria

- Be born on or after April 2, 1991
- Hold the following academic qualifications:
- Master’s Program: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a closely related field
- PhD Program: Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline
- Degrees in other technical fields may also be considered at the committee’s discretion
