Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PNG Bilateral Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Papua New Guinea
- Hold a valid PNG passport (minimum 18 months validity)
- Be medically and mentally fit (certified by a licensed physician)
- Provide a police clearance certificate
- Be unmarried and willing to remain so during the study period
