The TechWomen Leadership Programme duration is five weeks and will take place between September and October. All participants will receive travel, accommodation, meals, and even domestic airfare funding. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have a minimum of two years of professional experience in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields.
• They must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Applicants must be eligible to obtain a J-1 visa.
• Applicants must not have applied for a US immigrant visa in the past five years. They shall not hold an immigrant visa.
• Applicants must be international applicants; they must be non-US citizens or U.S. legal permanent residents.
• Applicants must be proficient in English.
• They must be interested in fields related to the TechWomen Leadership Program, enlisted above.
• Furthermore, they must belong to one of the eligible countries listed above.
