Eligibility Criteria for Eric Bleumink Fund
To qualify for the University of Groningen’s fully funded scholarship:
- Must be a citizen of one of the eligible developing countries
- Must have an excellent academic record
- Must be admitted (or in the process of being admitted) to a Master's program at the University of Groningen
- Strong English language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
- Must be able to commit to a full 2-year Master’s program
- Must be in good physical and mental health
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must not already hold another full scholarship
- Recommendation letters and relevant academic documents are required
