Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) & Marine Scholarship of China

The fully funded CSC scholarship covers:

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions to apply for the Xiamen University CSC Scholarships:

  • Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and in good physical and mental health.
  • Educational qualifications and age limits (as of 1 September ):
    • Bachelor’s programs: High school diploma or equivalent; under 25 years old
    • Master’s programs: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; under 40 years old
    • Doctoral programs: Master’s degree or equivalent; under 45 years old

Selection Process and Notification

Applications will be evaluated based on:

  • Recommendations and comments from prospective supervisors

Shortlisted candidates will be submitted for final approval by the university authorities. The final admission results will be published in early August on the official Xiamen University admissions website.
